What is the process?
Step 1:
Download the application
- Download Application Here
- Read the processing instructions thoroughly
- Fill out application completely
- Sign the application and authorization
- Complete the payment authorization form
- Save the PDF file on your computer
Step 2:
Submit your application
- Open an Email by Clicking Here
- Attach the completed application and a copy of your Driver License
- Send the email!
- Alternatively, you can fax the information to: 800-235-7185
Step 3:
Process your payment
- Once you have submitted your application you will need to process your payment
- If you selected Zelle: You can make your Zelle payment using the recipient as: acr.zelle@gmail.com
- If you selected credit card: We will email you a link which you can click on to make a credit card payment
- Once payment has been made, the process will begin!
