Q. How do I need to become certified to receive credit reports?

A. To become certified, you need to have a secure office with basic equipment including a shredder for destroying sensitive information.

Q. What does the certification process entail?

A. The certification process is only two parts.

• Step One is filling out the Compliance Paperwork, which outlines your responsibilities when handling any credit bureau products
• Step Two is the on-site inspection that must be completed. A certified representative will come out to your property to do a quick inspection of your office to make sure that it is secure and sufficient to store the credit reports

Q. Can I get a copy of my completed report?

A. Absolutely! Contact Matthew at 954-543-9400 ext. 209. Please note: You will have to verify your identity and there are limitations to how we can send you the report.

Q. Why is my credit score not what I expected?

A. Your Credit Score is constantly changing and depends on many different factors including the scoring model, etc. We use the FICO scoring model from Equifax. Click Here for an article which provides some very helpful information about credit scores!

Q. How can I get the reports I need for licensure?

A. Use the "Contractor Licensing" link in the navigation bar and follow the instructions. If you have any questions, give us a call!

Q. How long will it take?

A. Most reports are completed within 24 hours. We also offer a Rush Service if you need same day service.

Q. Do you offer fingerprinting as well?
