What is the process?

Step 1:

Download the application

  • If you are PURCHASING use this application:
    Purchase Application
  • If you are LEASING use this application:
    Lease Application
  • If you are only going to be an OCCUPANT or GUEST use this application:
    Occupant Application
  • Read the processing instructions thoroughly
  • Fill out application completely
  • Sign the application and authorization
    If you are unable to sign the documents, please contact us for assistance! We can send you a request for a digital signature by email.
  • Complete the payment authorization form
  • Save the PDF file on your computer

Step 2:

Submit your application

  • Open an Email by Clicking Here
  • Attach the completed application and a copy of your Driver License
  • Send the email!
  • Alternatively, you can fax the information to: 800-235-7185

Step 3:

Process your payment

  • Once you have submitted your application you will need to process your payment
  • If you selected Zelle: You can make your Zelle payment using the recipient as: acr.zelle@gmail.com
  • If you selected credit card: We will email you a link which you can click on to make a credit card payment. Credit card payments are subject to a $5 processing fee.
  • Once payment has been made, the process will begin!
