Fill out application completely
Sign the application and authorization
Complete the payment authorization form
Save the PDF file on your computer

Attach the completed application and a copy of your Driver License
*If you are leasing: Attach a copy of your signed lease.
*If you are purchasing: Attach a copy of your executed purchase contract.

Once you have submitted your application you will need to process your payment
If you selected Zelle: You can make your Zelle payment using the recipient as: acr.zelle@gmail.com
If you selected credit card: We will email you a link which you can click on to make a credit card payment. Credit card payments are subject to a $5 processing fee.
Once payment has been made, the process will begin!
